A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in Taxation, Dewald brings experience from audit, corporate and international tax, and more than a decade of working with South African SMEs. He leads the strategic direction of Leading Edge and is passionate about helping business owners build stronger, more sustainable businesses. He is also the founder and owner of Sentier Consulting, specialising in tax and advisory services.

Monique is a dedicated relationship-builder with a practical, solutions-focused approach. With a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, she works closely with clients and the team to keep financial work moving accurately and efficiently.
Accountant
Christelle is a meticulous accountant with a BCompt degree, completed articles and experience in financial reporting. She combines technical care with perseverance and a strong commitment to producing dependable work.
Compliance and Administrative
Salomie oversees key compliance and administrative processes across the practice. Her financial-services experience, attention to detail and client-first approach help ensure that important requirements are handled consistently.
