When you contact Leading Edge, we may collect the details you provide, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, accounting system, VAT-registration status, employee range and information about the support you require.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your business requirements, arrange an introductory call and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

How we handle it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to team members and service providers who need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver an agreed service. We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and which pages and enquiry options are most useful. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and interactions with the website. We use this information to improve our website and services, not to identify visitors personally.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, or request that inaccurate information be corrected or information be deleted where the law permits.
